**Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative (Core trade such as Joiner, Builder, Bricklayer, Plumber, Electrician, with multi-skilled background) in the South Cumbria and North Lancashire area.**

Join the team as a Multi-skilled Maintenance Operative and become an integral part of our responsive maintenance service. With a focus on delivering outstanding customer service, this role offers a dynamic and diverse working environment.

On offer is a competitive salary of up to 27,500 depending upon experience and the number of trades you have experience in. There is a generous Call Out bonus which averages 250 per week, plus an opportunity to earn overtime. A generous pension scheme of 10%-14% extra annual leave which rises with service.

As a Multi-Skilled Trades Operative you will use your multi-trade expertise to diagnose and carry out responsive maintenance tasks, ensuring a 'first time fix' and exceptional customer satisfaction. You'll collaborate with the Repairs Manager, Customer Services staff, and a multi-trade workforce to achieve efficient results. Operating within the housing associations operating principles for Responsive Maintenance, you'll liaise with various stakeholders to provide a high-level service.

To excel in this role, you'll need a minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent competency in Bricklaying/General Building. Additionally, a minimum GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and maths is required. With at least three years of experience across multiple trades within the built environment, you'll possess key competencies in joinery, plumbing, plastering, and tiling.

Your track record of delivering exceptional customer service in responsive maintenance, collaborating with the supply chain, and working in a multi-disciplinary team will set you apart. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and excellent time management abilities are also essential.
