Reactive 02 provide repairs and maintenance services for an extensive portfolio of commercial clients across the South East. Here at Reactive 02, our goal is to continually raise the benchmark for reactive and planned maintenance services, giving our clients access to a wide range of maintenance services and project capabilities.

**The Job - Multi-Trade Operative**

We have an opportunity for new multi trade operatives to join us and continue to provide the service that sets us out as an industry leader. Works will cover across London and the Home counties.

We are looking for Multi-Trade Operatives to join our team for carrying out responsive repairs, PPM’s and projects on commercial properties. Working in a team, the role will include both lone and regular team working.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- You will take a proactive approach to carry out repairs, maintenance and planned works to properties in a safe manner and to a consistent high standard.
- Maintain accurate records of all work undertaken e.g., completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job
- Ensure that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times

**You will have**
- Experience in one of these trades, but not limited to; Carpentry and Joinery, plumbing, tiling, rendering, plastering, painting and decorating.
- As a company we also carry out ground works repairs and roofing repairs, so applicants of all skill sets are welcome
- Excellent Communication Skills
- A full driving license
- Ability to work on own or as part of a team

**Salary**: £33,000.00 per year
