**Key Responsibilities**:
**Multi-Skilled Expertise**: Execute a variety of tasks across multiple trades, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, plastering, and general maintenance.

**Repair and Maintenance**: Respond promptly to service requests and efficiently carry out repairs, maintenance, and installations in residential and commercial properties.

**Project Management**: Manage small to medium-sized projects independently or as part of a team, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

**Problem Solving**: Diagnose issues and determine the most effective and efficient solutions, demonstrating adaptability and versatility in various trade scenarios.

**Customer Interaction**: Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, providing updates on project status, explaining work processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Health and Safety**: Adhere to health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others, and compliance with relevant regulations.

**Qualifications**:
**Trade Skills**: Proficiency in multiple trades, with a focus on carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, plastering, and general maintenance.

**Experience**: Proven experience in a multi-trade role with a track record of successful project completion.

**Certifications**: Relevant certifications in individual trades are a plus.

**Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address a wide range of maintenance and repair issues.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and suppliers.

**Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £35,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Construction: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
