**EXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY**: We are currently recruiting for an International Live Events Company, for the role of **HR Generalist.** It’s an exciting new opportunity to work for a highly reputable organisation who are the world’s premier provider of outsourced technology, staging and production services, providing outsourced television production servicesin the broadcast industry

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Lead in the resolution of queries and provide support on policies and processes
- Guide management on employee relations and performance management
- Handle complaints and disciplinary procedures for the company when required
- Improve, implement, and administer HR policies and procedures
- Taking a directing role in the maintenance of personnel records, training records and absence reports
- Taking a leading role in recruitment activities
- Oversee the preparation of offer letters, employment contracts and all other correspondence related to HR
- Build strong working relationships with the management team across the business
- When required recommend and facilitate training sessions

**Skills/Requirements**:

- Proven hands-on human resources experience as a Senior HR Administrator and/or HR Generalist is essential
- Prior experience in managing employee relations matters, including difficult discussions on topics like tribunals, redundancies, furlough, settlement agreements, disciplinaries and grievances would be beneficial
- Recruitment experience is required e.g., writing job adverts, scheduling interviews, communicating offers and salary negotiations
- Excellent administration, written and oral communication skills
- High attention to detail is essential and good numerical skills are advantageous
- Must be a team player with a strong work ethic.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
- Full clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are needed to attend other office locations as required (mínimal travel expected)
