Bramah HR is recruiting for an HR Assistant to join a fantastic business based near to Crawley. This is a perfect role for a senior HR administrator looking for that next step in their HR career or a current HR assistant looking to join a collaborative, inclusive and progressive business. This is a varied role that will provide exposure to a broad set of HR tasks and provide that career progression for an ambitious HR professional.

**Responsibilities**
**- **First line of contact for all HR queries
- Responsible for administration for the employee lifecycle
- Provide advice on employee relations case work
- Support the wider HR Team with adhoc duties
- Manage HR information systems and ensure all data is up to date and correct

**Skills**
- Relevant CIPD Qualification level 3 or 5
- Fantastic written and verbal communication
- Generalist experience
