Full time - hours of work are 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday and up to one Saturday in 4 (preceding Wednesday off in lieu of any Saturday worked).

We are offering an Internship opportunity for a Junior Admin Assistant to join our great team, help provide a friendly, client-focused support service with relatable, timely and practical support to fee earners. Specific Duties may include, but are not limited to:

- Communicating with colleagues to ensure exemplary service is delivered
- Updating client database as required
- Making appointments and keeping diaries
- Answering and dealing with queries, both face to face and via the telephone, take messages accurately and pass them on to the relevant member of staff
- Scanning, photocopying, faxing
- General file management; filing documents and correspondence both electronically and physically
- Dealing with any administrative tasks required by colleagues

**Required Skills**:

- Well organised and able to prioritise;
- Team player
- Attention to detail
- Adaptable
- Self motivated
- Ability to work under pressure
- PC proficient especially in Microsoft Office
- Full driving licence

Experience/Qualifications Required:

- A Levels at Grade C and above
- GCSE minimum Grade 6 (B) in English and Maths
