**HR Administrator immediately required**

A fantastic administrative opportunity has arisen with our client, an established public sector organisation to join their friendly team. As a **vibrant** admin professional, you will be providing basic administrative support to the **HR team** in a range of capacities.

**Job Ref**: 60650/ J60501

**Location**: Cardiff (hybrid/ remote)

**Contract Type**: 3 months (possibility for temp to perm)

**Hours**: 37 hours per week

**Salary**:£12.46- £13.39 via Umbrella (DOE)

**Responsibilities include**:

- Conduct right to work checks
- Set up staff on the Payroll and HR System (Software for People)
- To help maintain the filing system for the department (both paper and electronic); whilst ensuring the security and confidentiality of all records
- To maintain accurate records of documentation, keeping it up to date and accessible
- Photocopying, scanning and collating of information
- Complete other admin ad hoc tasks as required

**Essential Skills**:

- Proven administrative experience held in a similar capacity
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Previous HR experience would be advantageous
