**_Telephone Account Executive - we’re looking for you_**

**_ Job Title: Telephone Account Executive_**

**_ Location: Direct365, Skelmersdale_**

**_ Salary: £22,500.00_**

**_ Full Time position - guaranteed full time hours_**
- The purpose of this role is to ensure the delivery of an excellent ‘Direct365 Customer Journey’, with a clear focus on delivering sales through service. You will develop and maintain excellent relations with exiting customers resulting in increased sales revenue. This is to be achieved through proactive and reactive communication with our customers._
- You will deliver performances that maximise competitive advantage. You will work in a challenging, motivational culture and environment where all team members develop and demonstrate their full potential. In turn achieving business KPI’s and objectives._

**_ Keys Tasks:_**
- _Maintain excellent knowledge of our portfolio of products and services to understand customer’s needs._
- _Undertake outbound sales calls against predefined campaigns with set call targets. Proactively contact customers and identify their business needs in relation to our core products and services._
- _Proactively look for opportunities to up sell products and services to enhance the customer experience and increase revenue._
- _Work against agreed KPI’s to ensure all personal and business targets are met._
- _Report regular to team leader on all activities relating to the role._
- _To work as part of a team to develop the concept of One Team = One Organisation, taking ownership of challenges and foster an environment of continuous improvement._
- _Manage the implantation of new accounts. Ensure the business is compliant and that all customer problems are resolved to prevent repetition._
- _Undertake any other duties are required._
- _Ensure correct use of internal systems to follow the outbound sales process._
- _Ensure all leads are followed up promptly and quoted accurately._
- _Ensure accurate call recordings are taken at point of sale._
- _Complete accurate order form at point of sale._

**_Key competencies required:_**
- _Proven experience within a Sales through service role._
- _A successful track record in achieving objectives and KPI’s._
- _A determined, outgoing, and competitive attitude with a passion for Customer Care and track record in negotiating and balancing customer needs/expectations with business KPI’s_
- _Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated and driven._
- _Team player with the ability to always portray a positive attitude._
- _Excellent telephone communication skills with a confident, approachable, and professional manner._
- _Ability to manage difficult situations and the stress associated with them._
- _Excellent soft skills - including listening, motivating, and communicating._
- _Well, presented with a positive and proactive approach._
- _IT Literate
- MS Office, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint packages and the ability to adapt to new CRM systems._

- _A salary of £22,500,000 OTE £35,000.00 in a permanent full-time position._
- _Great working hours Monday to Friday (37.5 hours a week)_
