**Position: E-commerce Assistant**

We are committed to delivering an exceptional online shopping experience and are now seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Site Assistant to join our team. Please be aware that our company sells a multitude of products ranging from medical devices to adult toys, you must therefore be comfortable with this before applying.

As an E-Commerce Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our e-commerce team, ensuring the seamless operation and growth across our online stores on marketplaces. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can handle various responsibilities including product management, pricing, order processing, sales management and general administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Uploading New Product Listings**:

- Create and upload new product listings on Amazon, Etsy, eBay, and Shopline platforms, ensuring accurate and engaging product descriptions, images, and pricing information.
- Creating A+ content for the product listings.
- Optimise listings for search visibility and conversion, leveraging keywords and best practices for each platform.

2. **Correcting Listing Errors**:

- Monitor listings regularly to identify and address any errors or discrepancies, such as incorrect product information, pricing issues, or image quality concerns.

3. **Performing Daily Account Checks**:

- Conduct daily checks on all e-commerce accounts to review performance metrics, sales data, customer feedback, and inventory levels.
- Proactively identify and address any issues affecting account health or sales performance.

4. **Maintaining and Growing Revenue**:

- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue across all e-commerce platforms.
- Analyse sales data and customer insights to optimise pricing, promotions, and product offerings.

5. **Documenting and Controlling Inventory**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records across platforms, ensuring stock availability and timely updates for out-of-stock items.
- Implement inventory management strategies to minimise overstock and understock situations.

6. **International Product Mapping**:

- Coordinate the expansion of product offerings into international markets, including market research, localisation of product information, and compliance with international regulations.

7. **Reviewing and Updating Processes**:

- Continuously review and improve operational processes related to product listing, order processing, inventory management, and customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

8. **Additional Duties**:

- Support other departments and initiatives as needed, including customer service, digital marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Adapt to evolving business needs and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

**Must have**:

- Experience working in an ecommerce environment.
- A good level of Numeracy/Literacy & IT Skill.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Good time management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Experience**
- Knowledge of Ecommerce and Marketplaces such as Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub and Etsy Seller
- Basic knowledge of Digital marketing

Working hours will be Monday to Friday with flexible start and finish times between 08:00 & 18:00. 8-hour days including an hour for lunch.

Pay: £23,000.00 per year
