East Yorkshire Carpets is well established and local leading provider of floor coverings to many of the regions most prestigious house builders, letting agents, construction and maintenance companies.

We require a forward thinking individual to join our existing team. Working from our designated trade and commercial centre, this role would ideally suit a person who is able to multi task and work in a fast paced environment.

Day to day duties and tasks would include:

- Helping with online promotion through social media
- Handling e-commerce sales & enquiries thought multiple platforms
- Serving trade customers in person and over the phone
- Develop product knowledge and promote products
- Using our in store system to process orders
- Some light warehouse duties

Previous experience of working on a trade counter would be advantageous, as would knowledge of ecommerce platforms. In addition, knowledge of Photoshop/Canva and graphical design would be advantageous. Prior experience of working within the flooring industry would be beneficial but not required as full product training is provided.
- Need to be punctual & hard working
- Be IT literate with a great telephone manner
- Have a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to task completion

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £26,984.00 per year
