Temporary Customer Service Advisor

Pure are supporting a local organisation, with the recruitment of Temporary Customer Service Advisors. These positions offer an immediate start and are ongoing, during a peak period. If you have previous customer service experience within retail, hospitalityor customer care, this could be a great opportunity for you to join a successful business and become an integral part of a busy team.
Location: Walking distance to Ipswich town centre (on-site parking)
Pay Rate: £9.50 per hour
Hybrid working available after training period, providing you have your own laptop/PC
**Variety of full-time and part-time hours available**:
- Shift 1: Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday, Friday & Saturday 9.00am - 15.00pm (30 hours per week).
- Shift 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 08.00am - 16.30pm (37.5 hours per week).
- Shift 3: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 09.00am - 17.30pm (37.5 hours per week).
- Shift 4: Saturday & Sunday 08.00am - 16.30pm (15 hours per week).
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Take first response calls from customers.
- Ensure the allocation of paper claims for first notification of loss have been registered.
- Ensure all claims are logged accurately and in full.
- Ensure all client data capture requirements are adhered to.
- Good understanding of automotive or a financial background would be an advantage, but not essential.
- Previous phone based customer service experience ideally.
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Ability to meet specific deadlines.
- A committed and flexible approach.
- Displays enthusiasm and commitment, willing to own problems and take responsibility for own actions.
- Good knowledge and understanding of the company’s in-house claims system and a working knowledge of all other systems to use as part of the role.
- Good attention to detail and understanding of the importance of accurate and thorough data capture.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to listen.
- Good organisational capability.
- Good letter writing, grammar and spelling.
- Consistent accuracy.
- Ability to retain information and manage different processes effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to empathise and build rapport with the callers.
