**Southampton, Store Support Office**

Our Hybrid working approach means that you will have the flexibility to work from home, however for this role you will need to be in our Store Support Office, located in Southampton, once a Fortnight - Once a Month.

Join us as a **Product Content Assistant **and you’ll be a big part of this.

**Key responsibilities**

As a Product Content Assistant you will support the on-site execution of products, to be used digitally across multiple selling channels working as part of our Product Content team to maintain commercial trading plans.

You will have a direct impact on our customers by surfacing accurate product data and visual assets that will aid their purchasing decisions and by ensuring our systems deliver relevant and consistent content across product pages. As a Product Content Assistant you will:

- Work closely with the Product Content Specialists to manage quality and timeliness of deadlines and activity.
- Follow set process, principles, and guidelines to maintain a consistent onsite customer journey.
- Complete individual product QA, ensuring products meet brief requirements.
- Organise and process product images, videos, and other visual assets.
- Communicate project status updates in weekly meeting with internal stakeholders.
- Brief and correct product errors via Workfront management system.
- Action product page improvements, updating visual assets or gap filling.
- Support resolution of systemic product content discrepancies.

**Required skills & experience**
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- A focus on attention to detail.
- The ability to seek feedback and use it to improve performance.
- For this role a working knowledge of tools, such as Excel, Riversand (PIM), asset management, Photoshop would be desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
