Job Title: Team Lead - Young and Young Adult carers services in Medway

**Salary**: £20,676 per annum (£25,500 FTE)

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 30 Hours per Week

Location: Flexible to work from home and community venues with some evenings and Saturdays

**About this role**

As a Team Lead for Young and Young Adult carers your responsibilities would include:
- provide day to day line management of Carers Support Advisers
- work in co-production with young carers and young adult carers to ensure that all services are exceptional and build effective relationships with locality partners.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will need:

- experience of managing multiple streams of work with the ability to inspire support and motivate staff
- working knowledge of health and social care particularly in relation to young carers and young adult carers
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills We are looking for passionate people who are committed to the overall aims and objectives of the Charity.
