The successful candidate will bea dynamic and diligent candidate providing a high standard of administrative support and will assist the Office Manager in ensuring efficiency within the School will be a proactive team player who will undertake general office duties including filing parent communications photocopying and scanningOur Administrative Assistant / Receptionist will;Be the first point of contact for parents and visitors.Have excellent interpersonal skills.Have agood knowledge of ICT.Maintain information systems databases and other associated records.This role is offered on a Term Time basis working 10.00 am to 2.00pm Monday to Friday.
