**About your role**

Looking to kickstart your career in Business Administration? We, at Serco, are looking to recruit an L3 Business Administration to support our IT team at Serco in providing an efficient and streamlined service regarding a variety of technology related tasks.

**Your key accountabilities**

The role will see you developing professional relationships with colleagues eager to share their knowledge, helping you to grow within a friendly team. The tasks you will be responsible for include (but are not necessarily limited to):

- Arrange UK Travel, book hotels and meeting rooms
- Organise meetings on behalf of managers
- To meet and greet clients, visitors and guests providing refreshments, always ensuring professionalism
- General Administration Duties, growing with experience

As you gain more experience, your role will become more challenging and varied with more independence to take on tasks.

**More about you**

Liaising with colleagues and external customers at different levels is a vital part of this role, therefore, interpersonal skills along with customer care skills with the ability to adapt communication style are highly desirable.

Good administrative skills and an eye for attention to detail with a working knowledge MS Office (including Word, Outlook, and Excel) and a willingness to learn to use different systems are key to be successful in this role.

It is essential that you are able to travel daily to Solihull to arrive on time for work. (Subject to Covid-19 social distancing arrangements).
