Finance Customer Response Agent

Are you ready to provide outstanding customer service?
Collaboration is key, you’ll build relationships within the FCR team and with other teams across the business maintaining excellent service standards and upholding the team ethos. You’ll make sure the required escalation routes are followed for queries requiring specialist knowledge or processing and provide timely resolutions to problems, always following the policies and procedures. Your contribution will extend beyond daily tasks as you help with ad-hoc projects and changes, driving continuous improvement across the team and helping shape the team’s annual plan.
You’ll bring customer service experience, ideally with some knowledge of finance, cash, or banking processes. You’ll have a positive, proactive, and right-first-time approach and a tenacity to chase answers until resolution. Have a desire to continuously improve and seek learning opportunities along with the ability to plan and prioritise your workload to exceed targets.
