**Your Purpose**
**Your role**
- Prepare, authorise and ensure the time timely release of BACS, FP’s, CHAPS, SWIFT, DD, Standing Order, SEPA DD and SEPA CT payment type batches on various electronic banking platforms, ensuring all controls are performed.
- Ensure verification and authorisation of all Standard Settlement Instructions for Treasury dealing payments and counterparties.
- Ensure daily work is prioritised, control checks are completed, and deadlines met.
- Complete reconciliation preparation and authorisation for all external Specsavers Finance bank accounts, and associated allocation and investigation of transactions, identifying at risk items and ensuring they are dealt with in a timely manner.
**What you’ll bring**
- Previous Finance experience, either within Payments. Operational Banking or Bookkeeping
- Computer literacy - Basic/Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Self-motivated with the ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines.
