**Your purpose**
As an Operations assistant you will communicate regularly with our Partners, Audiology teams and centralised functions to help proactively improve operations by ensuring standard operating procedures are current and effective.
You will be working on processes and projects across the Audiology function. Your focus is to ensure that the records we hold for the stores for the wider business are accurate and up to date as well as working with the team to improve operational effectiveness and performance of our stores.
**Your role**
- Monitor and maintain central inboxes for Partner Queries including, V12, Ops portal and general system administration
- Providing support to partners and colleagues with system queries
- Creating reports and analysing data
- Provide new systems training and support to Partners and develop systems training materials and user guides
- Create and maintain operational guides
**What you’ll bring**
- Experience with Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- The ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills
- High attention to detail
