**Job description**

We are looking for a talented graphic designer to join our clients vapidly growing creative team in Newbury. If you’re a highly motivated designer committed to creating inspiring work and who has with the ability to mix creative flair with commercial brandawareness, then I’d love for you to get in touch.

As a multi-disciplined designer, your primary role will be to respond to creative briefs, creating high quality design work within a fast paced and ever evolving environment. Working in collaboration alongside the wider creative team, including marketingexecutives, web developers, project managers and videographers, you will be responsible for ensuring our creative work meets the needs and expectations of our clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Liaising with account managers and clients to discuss the objectives and requirements of specific briefs.
- You will be expected to work on a wide range of both print and digital materials ranging from large event banners and brochure to social media campaigns and web designs.
- Have the ability to work both individually and collaboratively with the creative team, ensuring high expectations of the clients are met.
- Become a brand guardian for various clients, particularly within the IT and Medical industries, having the ability to work within the brand guidelines whilst also demonstrating a natural creative flair.
- Effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment, whilst working on variety of projects both small and large.

**About You**
- 2-3 years’ experience in a professional in-house or agency role (preferable).
- A strong portfolio, demonstrating a selection of creative works across multiple disciplines.
- Experience working with large clients particularly in the IT and Medical industries is preferable.
- Highly proficient in the Adobe CC Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and XD.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft software, particularly PowerPoint is preferable.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of print production and processes.
- A passion for digital design and digital channels.
- Strong communications skills in order to present design solutions as well as to build relationships with both clients and the team.
- Excellent attention to details, showing ambition for the quality of work produced.
