**THIS ROLE IS BASED IN OUR NEWBURY HEAD OFFOCE (United Kingdom)**

As a Media Editor/ Digital Marketing Assistant you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a consistent brand tone throughout all digital media. You’ll create and manage a wide variety of digital content including internal and external videos or documents.
Your experience should be underpinned by a hunger for brand success. Ideally, you are a visionary with willingness to collaborate effectively within your department and widely across the business.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Responsibility for video production and/or editing Internal marketing projects and external client projects.
- Assemble recorded raw material into a finished product, suitable for broadcasting in line with our branding guidelines and style guide.
- Efficiently managing your own workload and prioritising key tasks.
- Updating all digital content/assets in line with branding guidelines.
- Work with our existing team to offer practical and commercial problem solving.
- Maintain organised and accurate files and data within your department.
- Support the business as and when required to aid wider team objectives.
- Reacting to queries from other colleagues logged within the internal Marketing helpdesk system.
- Support the delivery of the corporate marketing strategy by delivering marketing campaigns that enable us to grow client acquisition.
- Experiment creatively with styles and techniques including the design of graphic elements.
- Finalise technical aspects such as correcting footage.

**Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- It is desirable however not essential to have experience in a similar role. The skillset required to carry out the role is more important than experience.
- Strong awareness of marketing principles and best practices.
- Proven ability to manage projects effectively.
- Ability to interact effectively with people at all organisational levels of the company.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion.
- Ability to use independent judgement when making decisions.
- Ability to work unsupervised and influence change.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm, Freelance, Graduate

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
