A great opportunity for an Audit Vice President to join, the Markets Function in a leading Financial Services Company based in London As an Audit Vice President, you will be responsible for: Participation in risk assessments of auditable businesses (theseresults drive audit coverage cycles for businesses) Participation and support in the execution of planned audits (per audit cycle) and targeted/ ad-hoc audits (e.g. in response to emerging risk), providing assurance to senior management over the effectivenessof the control's environment in the region. After successfully settling within the team and understanding the audit methodology and the operating environment, the candidate will start leading audits. Validating the closure of significant findings/ issues Coachingthe less experienced audit associates in the team Monitoring Industry and emerging risks analysis and following up on unusual trends or significant risks.Ideally, you will have the following experience: Some quantitative skills as well as detailed experienceand knowledge of Global Markets and Equities trading products (securities and derivatives) Knowledge of key UK and EU Regulations that apply to Global Markets (e.g. MAR, MIFID II). Data analytics and programming language skills are also preferable. Key competenciesthat will enable the candidate be successful in the role include: Ability to process information and change audit focus quickly in line with risk assessments strong team player skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment. Good communication skills(verbal and written) Proactive / critical thinking and willingness to learn.What the position can offer you: A base salary between £100,000K - £110,000K A great financial package including pension great training and development opportunitiesApply Now
