Permanent role full time hours Monday to Friday

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are looking for an experienced Procurement Administrator to join a well established company based in Hadleigh, Ipswich

**The Role**

You will be assisting the Procurement Team with ordering and delivering products on time and within budget, as well as supporting a range of supply chain initiatives. To help create and maintain supplier communication and liaison, and co-ordinate with the Customer Service Team, ensuring customer requirements are appropriately.

**Duties**
- Assist with the purchase of goods
- Place, process, and check purchase orders
- Maintain awareness of quantities of stock to ensure that shortages and over stocks are avoided.
- Inventory Management
- Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing on the system
- Co-ordinate with suppliers to ensure delivery
- Assist with Lead times

**Skills/Knowledge and Experience**
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- A general knowledge understanding of Procurement, supply chain or purchasing
