This is an outstanding opportunity to work part time in a brand new internal team within our busy IT Support team. You'll help with procurement, contract renewals and general admin within our operational support unit.

We will offer flexible working hours to suit ( e.g school drops / collections), we offer a mix of home and onsite working to suit.

Internal applicants currently employed by ESNEFT will be offered on a secondment basis only.

**Purpose of Role**:

- To provide an efficient and courteous internal support to our IT support team by helping with procurement, ordering, asset control, contract renewal and much more as you help with all aspects of admin within our busy IT business support unit.
- This role does not include direct IT support to colleagues but you will be be involved with helping colleagues make orders, collect equipment and provide admin help to our busy IT technicians and team.
- Ensure training and development needs detailed in your personal development plan are followed up and the effectiveness of the acquired training and development evaluated in terms of self, patient and service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To process service requests from users for orders / procured IT equipment.
- To undertake general administration duties
- Maintain up to date working knowledge of Trust Procurement processes and SFIs.
- IT purchasing providing specialist advice to Trust staff on IT equipment and processing IT
- Purchase requests on behalf of all Directorates.
- Updating and controlling contract renewals
- Providing and processing purchase orders and working with our ordering system.
