**Role Overview**

We are seeking a proactive, hardworking, and detail-oriented E-commerce Associate to join our growing team at GB Floors UK and Carpets And More. This position is ideal for someone passionate about e-commerce, customer service, and team collaboration, with a drive to contribute to the continued growth of our business’.

**Responsibilities (but not exclusive to);**
- Resolving customer issues and providing information about products and services.
- Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Assisting the sales team with order processing and customer follow-ups.
- Providing product recommendations and guidance to customers.
- Working as part of a dynamic team to achieve company objectives and maintain growth.
- Coordinating with colleagues to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
- Staying up to date with e-commerce best practices and flooring industry trends.
- Conducting competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.

Starting Salary: £24,375 per annumOn-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to £3,600 per year, after 6 months of successful employment
