**The Role**

We are looking for an E-Commerce Assistant to join our team, the role will be based at our Glasgow office working closely with the E-Commerce team and Retoucher's to ensure all our online images meet our high standard criteria. This role is perfect for someone with E-Commerce experience looking to be part of a past paced and growing business.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assist with back-end management, ensuring good housekeeping is maintained
- Working closely with our image retoucher’s, organising photo shoots and ensuring all images meet website criteria
- Conducting regular app and site checks to ensure all customer facing materials are to a high standard and as the business guidelines
- Managing website collections so that product is given maximum visibility and selling exposure
- Managing product tags and colours on Shopify
- Assisting in back end changes such as sale implementation and product corrections
- Working closely with our app provider, providing detailed briefs for any changes
- Conducting competitor research so that the business is aware of what is happening in the industry
- Undertaking web administrative tasks on a weekly basis, creating products, collections and organising SKU's and barcodes
- Providing assistance for any promotional activity within the business that requires web administrative tasks
- Working with the team to launch all new product launches and all promotional activity on site
- Assisting with ad hoc office tasks across departments
- Responsible for all incoming and out going sample management

**More about you**:

- Highly competent with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Familiar with Shopify platform is desirable
- Google Analytics experience is desirable
- Passion and enthusiasm for fashion
- Able to manage time in order to meet deadlines, working both independently and as part of a team
- Highly organised and can manage task priority according to responsibilities
