Trainee E-commerce Assistant

We are recruiting for a Trainee E-commerce Assistant to join our E-commerce team at our Manchester Salford office. This is a broad and exciting role for marketers with experience in direct-to-consumer channels. You will be working in a small, experienced team in a fast-paced and fun environment, responsible for digital marketing activities, content, and imagery to drive online growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Product Management:

- Proficiently upload products on multiple channels including Amazon Seller Central and Shopify.
- Ensure all product listings are optimised according to platform best practices.
- Collaborate with the Head of E-commerce to maintain consistency and accuracy across all listings.
- Build and maintain the Brand Threads Amazon Brand Store.
- Plan and execute the trading and promotional calendar for Amazon and Brand Threads.

Social Media Management:

- Help create high-quality content tailored for each platform to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly to maximise reach and engagement.
- Identify growth opportunities across social channels, e.g., key influencers and bloggers.

Website Management:

- Create, add, and upload content to our website regularly.
- Maintain web content, stock inventory, product pages, banners, and graphics to reflect seasonal discounts and sales.
- Optimise the customer experience on the front end of our website.
- Handle customer enquiries and queries for our website and social media channels.

Photography and Creative Content:

- Manage photography to critical path, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality images for all product listings and marketing materials.
- Coordinate fashion photography shoots through our internal studio and external agencies.
- Collaborate on creative content for the website, ensuring it aligns with the overall brand strategy and marketing goals.

Data Analysis:

- Analyze sales data provided to identify trends and key products for promotion.
- Use insights to inform and execute effective online marketing strategies.
- Track and report on the performance of product listings and social media campaigns.

**Requirements**:
**Essential**:

- Understanding of social media platforms, e-commerce platforms, and content creation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite to include Word Excel and PowerPoint

**Desirable**
- Demonstrable track record of increasing sales on Amazon and websites.
- Experience in promoting and developing brand across multiple online platforms.
- Relevant ecommerce marketing experience to include managing product uploads on Amazon Seller Central and Shopify.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience listing clothing products
- Experience with additional e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for product listings.
- Proficient in the use of Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience in the Licensing Industries.
- Experience with EU and international sales.
