**The Growth Company’s (GC)** Employment team have an exciting new opportunity for a Resourcer to resource suitable customers from The Growth Company Employment Programmes for vacancies secured by the sales team.

We help to make a lasting difference to the lives of people throughout the North of England and beyond, by supporting individuals to gain meaningful employment.

Our highly skilled advisers and keyworkers work with a range of individuals; from people who have found themselves recently out of work, to those with complex barriers such as physical disabilities, mental ill-health and debt.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Circulate vacancy advertisements across existing programmes through the sales CRM, activities and e-shots to ensure the number of customers sourced are maximised for vacancies available.
- Update and maintenance of recording on trackers.
- Update and maintain databases accurately to ensure all activity is recorded.
- Productions of management information reports and highlight activity and progress.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to customers to maximise progressions.
- Marketing, networking and promotion of service to partner organisations and customers as required.
- Support with any additional administration duties as required.

**Skills Required**:

- Administration or customer service.
- Work with various systems, including excel spreadsheets and databases.
- Able to work to targets and deadlines in a busy environment.
- Willingness to undertake training as required.
- Understanding of the full recruitment process.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £24,500.00 per year
