**Resource Planner**
We’re looking for a Resource Planner to join our large Operations department and take on an important role in coordinating the division and ensuring effective allocation of resources.
The Operations department at FourNet is our biggest division, with 80+ staff working on delivering critical services to our customers. This Resource Planner will support the Operational Leadership team to drive efficiencies in process using a Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool.
Your duties as FourNet’s Resource Planner
Here is a list of some duties included in this role. It’s by no means an exhaustive list and we hope that, if you’re successful in this role, you’ll look to roll your sleeves, get stuck in and look for other areas where you can support with progression and improvement.
- Manage the administration of the PSA tool
- Oversee ongoing training and accreditations management for Operations team members
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and resolve resource gaps
- Prepare reports for FourNet’s SLT covering resource utilisation and performance metrics
- Monitor purchase orders
- Assist in preparing budget forecasts and analysis
Is this right for me?
You’ll be suitable for this role if you have
- Previously worked in a resource planning role, preferably within a large operations department
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including a sound grasp of Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with PSA tools
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills

Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
