Overview of the role

The role is hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home

Main Responsibilities
- Working in partnership with the Resourcing & Talent Specialist, implement fair and objective Resourcing and selection tools and techniques (including pre-screening), to ensure that the best possible applicant is selected in compliance with legal obligations in line with Well Pharmacy values and ways of working.
- Monitor own performance against agreed Resourcing process SLAs to ensure prompt identification and resolution of potential issues, in order to build own and wider Resourcing team’s credibility.
- In collaboration with the wider Resourcing team, identify improvements in processes and sourcing techniques, so that the level of service continually improves to exceed service users expectations.
- Develop and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Resourcing best practice and legislation impacting the recruitment process.
- Identify in conjunction with Manager, specific personal development needs and agree and undertake activities as required to ensure that effectiveness in the role continues to improve and potential for future roles is developed in line with aspirations and business needs

**Key knowledge and skills required**:

- 2 years recruitment or resourcing experience gained in either in-house function or via an agency or recruitment outsourcing provider is required.
- Experience in both online and offline recruitment processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and ability to communicate with a range of audiences.
- Accuracy and ability to follow instructions and set processes.
- Capable of prioritising own workload.
- Ability to analyse recruitment data and produce a variety of reports
- Experience using ATS systems
