**More about your role**

Working within the Lettings Team we are looking for a Lettings Officer to join our friendly team. A big part of your role will be partaking in activities that will ensure that properties are successfully let whilst minimising void times. You'll prepare sign up packs, shortlist customers, prepare tenancy agreements, carry out pre-void inspections and liaise with internal and external customers.

Please note that this is a** **fixed term role to cover the current post-holder's period of maternity leave and is expected to last between 9 to 12 months. Although this role is predominantly Agile/Home Based we require the successful person to be based in Cambridgeshire; given that this is the area/region that your portfolio will cover.

**More about you**

To be considered for the role you'll have experience and working knowledge of the Lettings/property management process. You'll be a confident IT user with experience in-particular using Microsoft office packages such as Outlook, Word and Excel. You'll be a confident communicator that is able to liaise with individuals at all levels; you'll be able to influence and persuade and challenge where necessary. You'll be a team player with positive and solution-focused approach.

Due to the nature of the role we require that you possess a valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle; so visits can be made to our properties as and when required.
