Salary: OTE £60,000 per annum

Position: Permanent, Full-Time

A smart, experienced and highly motivated Lettings Manager is required to lead a high-performing team the Norwood area (SE London), overseeing growth, delivering strong client service, and managing an expanding lettings operation for a respected independent agency. 

This is a prime opportunity for an energetic Lettings professional to take charge of a thriving office within a growing independent agency.

You'll play a key role in shaping the lettings division, driving performance, and developing the local market presence in the Norwood area. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Leading, motivating, and developing the lettings team
  • Winning new instructions and expanding the lettings portfolio
  • Managing client relationships with professionalism and consistency
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service and client retention
  • Handling high-end and diverse property types with confidence
  • Overseeing the entire lettings process from instruction to move-in
  • Supporting business development, compliance, and strategic growth 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Experience as a Lettings Manager or a strong Assistant Lettings Manager ready to step up
  • Proven success in instruction winning and listing
  • Confident leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proactive, results-driven approach
  • Strong understanding of lettings legislation and market conditions
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Knowledge of the Norwood and South East London area is beneficial
