Job Title: SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings

Location: Norwood, SE25

Salary: OTE £50,000 per annum

Position: Permanent, Full-Time

Our client, a leading and well-regarded Estate and Lettings Agency in Norwood, is seeking a confident and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their busy and successful team.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Generating and winning new lettings business
  • Negotiating offers and letting properties
  • Conducting market appraisals and valuations (if experienced)
  • Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs
  • Providing excellent customer service throughout the lettings process 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Experience in residential lettings essential
  • Valuations and listing experience (preferred)
  • Proven track record in achieving targets
  • Ability to generate business and close deals
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Well-presented and articulate
  • Knowledge of the Norwood property market
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ambitious, dynamic, and target-driven
