Our client is an **independent, **boutique estate agency** **and is currently looking to recruit an **experienced Lettings Negotiator **to be based in their **primely located corner premises in Wandsworth.**
To be considered, you will have a **minimum of 2 years’ experience** and any **local knowledge** would be highly beneficial. You will be responsible for **viewings, valuations/instructions & handling your own paperwork.** Our client needs someone who has a **passion for providing excellent customer service**,** is highly organised, and is **willing to go the extra mile.**

**Personal specification**:
- At least 2 years’ experience within residential lettings
- Superb customer service skills
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Self-motivated
- Target and goal driven individual
- IT literate
- Full UK driving licence
The **salary** **for this role will include a **basic **of £25,000, plus on target earnings** in the region of **£40,000+ A pooled car **is available for viewings, however, the majority of their **properties are within walking distance** of the office.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and you will be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays.
