Salary: £35 ,000 per annum

Position: Permanent, Full-Time

A successful Estate & Lettings Agency with offices in Ruislip and West Drayton are seeking an ambitious Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their busy lettings team.

The role involves conducting property viewings, managing tenancies, liaising with landlords and tenants, and providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to develop their career within a thriving local property market. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Conduct property viewings and accompany prospective tenants
  • Manage tenancy applications and rental agreements
  • Maintain strong communication with landlords and tenants
  • Handle day-to-day lettings administration and paperwork
  • Support the lettings team in providing a smooth lettings process
  • Ensure all properties meet compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Deliver excellent customer service at every stage 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator (Senior experience advantageous)
  • Confident and professional communicator
  • Energetic, motivated, and target-driven
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Well-presented and professional
  • Full UK driving licence
