Vacancy: SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings

Location: West Drayton, UB7

Salary: OTE £36k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Negotiator who is highly motivated and who has flair, ambition and a desire to be successful in an Estate Agency career.

The perfect candidate must be articulate and confident in dealing with the public, negotiating sales and effortlessly winning new business opportunities.

Previous experience in Residential estate agency is essential and you should also be a car driver; candidates who live locally will be considered preferentially.

You will be accomplished at generating and winning new business, negotiating deals and providing first class levels of customer service.

The Company: Our client is an independent Sales and Lettings agency based in the Berkshire, Buckinghamshire & Middlesex that offers expert advice in all areas of sales and lettings.

Skills required for this Sales Negotiator role will include:

Previous experience as a Property Sales NegotiatorExcellent sales abilityHigh level of customer service skillsGood telephone manner and positive attitudeWell presented, ambitious and self-motivatedKnowledge of the West Drayton area helpfulFull Driving License essentialThoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
