Copywriter

**Copywriter**

Insight Consultancy are a small but busy marketing agency who are looking for a new member of the Digital Marketing team, following a period of growth. The new team member would work within a core team of 8, with the support of additional part-timers and interns.

**Day to Day Responsibilities**
- Create engaging monthly social media content for around 15 client accounts, including planning out a content schedule, writing captions and selecting hashtags
- Carry out SEO keyword research using SEO platforms
- Write regular SEO optimised blog briefs and posts for around 10 client accounts, based on industry news and trending topics
- Work with the website team to write SEO optimised content for new and existing website projects
- Write regular newsletter content for around 6 client accounts
- Assist with writing content for paid advertisements.

**Required skills and qualities**
- Minimum 5 years experience writing copy for online and print material
- Excellent writing skills, especially understanding of content writing for social media and both B2C and B2B businesses
- Understanding on the impact of keywords and other SEO best practices on the effectiveness of online content
- A creative flair for wording information in an engaging way
- Great organisation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent computer literacy skills
- A willingness to bring new ideas and processes to the company, through independent research and passion for new advances or trends in the industry
