We are currently looking for competent person to join our team in Bourne. Our Business Administration Department is integral towards for a number of key functions within the organisation and plays a fundamental role in providing technical support to all areas of the company. We are seeking a self-motivated and focussed individual who can demonstrate that they are extremely well organised and proficient in producing an accurate and consistent level of work, a willingness to be flexible and able to multi-skill in various technical administration functions along with a reliable and committed approach to their work.

You will be responsible for:

- Estimating enquiries received from existing customers and new prospects.
- Processing customer orders, which may involve contacting customers, to clarify their production requirements
- Costing and invoicing completed jobs to customers
- Assist with other administration tasks when required
- Strong numeracy and IT skills, competence in Microsoft programmes
- Attention to detail to be able to produce continuous accurate quality work in the required timeframe
- Effective communication skills both within the team and to other departments
- Confidence and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work in an organised and methodical way

You will be provided with a full in-house training plan designed to give you a grounding in the different functions of the role. In return you will receive:
