About the role
**Are you an experienced Finance Administrator, looking for your next challenge?**

Here at Booker we are looking for an expert Administrator to join our new Finance Team of 5, based in Deeside, Wales.

This is a rare, new opportunity to join a new Finance Team here at Booker and be instrumental in its development

After a period of Training the role offers flexibility and work life balance with Hybrid working.

You will be responsible for
- Analysing quality of applicants and recommending limits/restrictions for sign off by the Credit Control Manager/FD.
- Handling the closure of all accounts in a timely and professional manner to ensure closing payments can be collected.
- Publishing Additions / Deletions / Amendments notifications of new and closed accounts.
- Providing details to the Customer Service section of changes to customer status for notifications to Suppliers.
- Setting up and maintaining customer records on the system i.e. amend address, telephone details etc for retailers in SAP.
- Ensuring all tickets raised to New Business are answered and cleared down within the agreed timeframe.

You will need
- Experience in an office based or finance Administrative role.
- Excellent communications skills with both internal and external partners.
- Intermediate IT skills, including Excel and word.
- Logical and methodical way of working to ensure targets are met.
- Experience of Oracle/SAP is desirable, however full training will be given.
- To be an encouraging Teammate.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive, hard-working, and flexible approach.
