This is a varied role providing essential support across purchase ledger, payroll preparation, bank reconciliations, reporting, and general finance administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase orders with correct coding and authorisation
- Match invoices to purchase orders and process non-PO invoices
- Administer proforma invoices and ensure correct follow-up
- Reconcile creditors and unpaid invoices
- Assist in payroll preparation and HMRC notifications
- Analyse and post credit card statements and expenses
- Post bank statements and reconcile accounts
- Prepare aged payables analysis and key purchase indices for board reports
- Support the production of budgets and re-forecasts

Essential Skills and Experience
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Good numeracy and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong team player with a flexible, positive approach
- Commitment to confidentiality and high professional standards

Desirable
- Experience using Sage or similar accounting software
- AAT qualification

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
