We’re now looking for a System Support Administrator to join our friendly team in Widnes to carry out general administration activities to support service delivery.

**The difference you’ll make**

You will be able to create, maintain and store documents in accordance with the approved systems to ensure records can be located efficiently and will manage enquiries effectively, providing clear and accurate advice or signposting as appropriate, escalating complaints and complex queries via the agreed route.

You’ll assist with the setup of new users/mobile devices and IT equipment requests as and when required.

The role holder will need to respond flexibly to any changes in work priorities and undertake other duties to support the effective operation of the service.

**So, who are you?**

We’re looking for someone with previous experience of providing general administrative support and who can use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. You'll be results focused and able to take ownership of tasks.

You'll need to be a good team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You are customer focused and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

You’ll be exposed to sensitive information and expected to always maintain confidentiality.

It would be advantageous if you have previously worked within a social housing setting.
