Location: Garic Head Office, Bury

**Salary**: £30,600 + Business Benefits & Bonuses (DOE)
Hours: 40 hours per week | Full-Time, Permanent

We’re now looking for a **Hire Desk Controller** to join our high-performing team in Bury. You’ll be at the heart of our operations—handling customer enquiries, managing quotes, and promoting our products and services, all while building lasting customer relationships.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Proactively engage with customers to promote Garic products and services, identify upsell opportunities, and build strong relationships.
- Qualify customer enquiries to fully understand their needs and add value wherever possible.
- Liaise with internal departments to confirm stock and transport availability.
- Follow up on customer quotations and ensure SLA and KPI commitments are met.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all processes.
- Own and resolve customer account queries to a satisfactory resolution.

**What You’ll Bring**

**Essential**:

- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively across teams.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

**Desirable**:

- Experience in plant/tool hire, welfare, or construction equipment sectors.
- Knowledge of SLA and KPI reporting.
