As an Allocations Coordinator, you will join the team at Farmfield Hospital in Charlwood where you will be able to turn your hand to any administrative task.

Reporting directly to the Allocations Manager, you will provide efficient and effective administrative support to the service including, liaising with staff regarding their shifts and assisting with pay role duties.

You will be responsible for liaising with agencies, ensuring all shifts are covered and teams are fully staffed and supported. You will maintain an ongoing record of agency compliance, updating and checking they meet the service requirements.

You will enjoy regional support from healthcare professionals and will be a part of a team that has a strang emphasis on teamwork. You will be on a 12-month fixed contract, covering 8-hour shifts a week which include at least 2 full paid weekends.

As you help the service to focus on improving the wellness of others, it's our job to take care of you. **Your Responsibilities will include**:

- Data inputting, typing, scanning, filing, photocopying
- Liaising with staff over shifts
- Liaising with agencies
- Record updating and overseeing compliance updates for Agency workers
- Assisting with Training on staffing systems
- Payroll Duties - upload and cross-checking when required
- Communications will be with staff and agencies, and will regularly require some judgement, as information will need to be gathered to facilitate correct administrative records. The nature of the role means that the role holder may be faced with some challengingsituations.

**To be successful in this role, you will**:

- GCSE English Language (grade C or above)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
- Keyboard skills
- Excellent organisational skills
