**The Company**

My client are a specialist company providing high-end Audio Visual/ Smart Home systems for clients on new build, refurbishment projects in the residential and commercial sector.

Their work involves the full project life-cycle from the initial consultation, then moving through all stages, the design, supply and installation, programming and testing before final commissioning and handover to the client.

**The Job Opportunity**

Due to continued growth my client have an opportunity for an entry level CAD Designer or a Junior Designer with 1-2 years working experience.

Working with the project team your duties to include:

- Producing drawings using AutoCAD, schematics and plans for AV, lighting, HVAC and smart building installations for residential and commercial projects.
- Production of full installation AV schematics, cabling diagrams, layout drawings
- Producing system flow schematics
- AV rack design
- 3D rendering and drawings can also be included as a part of the role if you have this experience
- Other ad-hoc duties as per the needs of the team

**Desired skills/ experience**

My client seeks enthusiastic individuals with the following experience/ attributes & skills.
- Either a CAD Qualification or 1-2 years experience in a technical design role
- Up-to-date, recent experience of using CAD or equivalent
- Responsible attitude working to meet the project deadlines
- Attention to detail and methodical in your approach
- Good working knowledge of general IT and Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal skills
- Experience of Audio Visual design work is highly desirable but not essential
- 3D Rendering highly desirable but not essential

**Salary/ Benefits**

This position offers a salary of £22,000 - £30,000 per annum which is dependent on experience, ongoing training and other company benefits.
