The role involves consulting, planning, designing, estimating and liaising with suppliers and customers to ensure schemes are fit for purpose. Innovation and technology are used to improve safety and reduce the industry’s carbon footprint. About the Role As a Traffic Management CAD Designer, you will use an array of the latest software to produce 2D street works and 3D BIM designs on high and low speed dual carriageways. Duties Design traffic management projects in line with regulations and report to the Design supervisor Attend client meetings Maintain internal design records Conduct design risk assessments About You You possess excellent communication skills and are comfortable liaising with clients and customers. You are well‑organised, self‑motivated, able to work to strict deadlines and have a flexible working approach. You are a team player, yet can work independently. Essential Attributes Experience in a CAD design technician role Experience in a similar role or installations of temporary traffic management Understanding of industry guidelines and reference documents Competent in AutoCAD Civils / BricsCAD / Cone / AutoTURN / KeyLines / KeySigns Full UK Driving Licence Desirable Attributes BIM & 3D design experience/knowledge IHE Temporary Traffic Management Certificate or working towards this So, if you want to join a winning team and be part of an innovative organisation focused on company growth and employee progression, click the apply button today.
