We are recruiting for a FTC Global Operations & HR Assistant for a human rights charity for women and girls around the world through legal advocacy. you will be responsible for a wide range of support activities for HR and Operations functions, from co-ordinatingmeetings to maintaining employee records to posting job ads. An important part of the role will be to act as the liaison between HR ,Operations and employees,.
This role is Remote and FTC for 6 months
Salary depending on location London £34,275pa Outside London £30,025pa
The Role
Liaising between co-working space provider and staff for all operational concerns.
Maintaining the organisations travel system portal and ensuring smooth travel booking and administration of the staffs travel
Placing merchandise orders of supplies, if/when needed.
Co-ordinating all repairs/maintenance of office equipment.
Liaising for office-wide IT issues with assistance from external IT consultants to ensure incoming staff is provided with the latest and appropriate technology.
Ensuring the documentation storing system stays within the defined structures fit for purpose for a dispersed organisation and training staff during onboarding and throughout the employees life cycle to maintain uniformity of processes for naming, filing, sharing
documents, including through staff training and ensure implementation of these processes across locations.
Recruitment process;
Onboarding new staff on the organisations HR and Operations platforms and practices.
Responding to internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department.
Coordinating HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes if needed
Dealing with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Providing clerical and administrative support to Global Human Resources and Administrative Manager
Assisting with day to day operations of the HR and Administrative functions and duties
Associates degree plus at least three years of general office/HR/operations experience.
Microsoft Office skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Commitment to customer service and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
