We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Operations Manager to optimize our sales processes, drive operational efficiency, and support revenue growth. This role will focus on sales analytics, CRM management, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the sales team operates at peak performance.

**About you**:

- 10+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, Demandbase) and sales analytics tools.
- Previous leadership and mentoring experience, managing 2 direct reports.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and sales forecasting.
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office Suite including MS Excel.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and project management abilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders.
- Understanding of sales methodologies like MEDDIC or MEDPIC
- Experience in Salesforce CPQ or related technologies

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in SaaS, finance or healthcare.
- Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and automation platforms.
- Experience in NetSuite is an asset
