Development: Mentor and inspire a global team, fostering growth and unlocking potential through hands‑on leadership and coaching.Role SummaryYou will be responsible for the successful delivery of high‑quality, timely, and strategically aligned responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) led by a global team of RFP writers and collaborating with subject matter experts and client‑facing teams worldwide.Additionally, you will develop Sales Enablement strategies and tools in partnership with the global Marketing Manager team and Marketing Operations functions, directly supporting Sales and Relationship Management (RM) teams to help attract, win, and retain clients in a dynamic and demanding market environment.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership (60%)Define and execute the global strategy for RFP and Sales Enablement functions in line with BBH’s growth objectives.Evolve the RFP/DDQ and Sales Enablement global service and staffing model as business needs change to ensure effective and efficient delivery.Analyse and report trends across all RFP/RFI/DDQ and pitch efforts (e.g., win/loss analysis, trends in capabilities and product requests) to aid strategic decision‑making.Represent the RFP and Sales Enablement function in senior management forums, presenting management reporting in senior meetings.Build and maintain strong relationships with Relationship Excellence, Client Service, Sales, Subject Matter Experts, Legal, and Compliance to gather information and ensure responses, pitches and sales tools meet client needs and regulatory standards.Manage and mentor a team of RFP writers and Sales Enablement specialists.RFP and DDQ Management (20%)Be responsible for the entire RFP/DDQ function, including qualification of opportunities, resource allocation, content creation, interactions with SME and client‑facing teams, and submission quality.Lead the highest priority and critical RFP responses to support team capacity and ensure optimal resource allocation.Work with the Head of RFP Content in the US to curate and maintain a comprehensive database for use in RFPs and DDQs.Optimise the use of the RFP/DDQ platform to streamline and support completion.Review strategic RFPs to ensure they are compelling, accurate, and consistent.Sales Enablement Management (20%)Develop and implement programs with the Head of Investor Services Marketing and the Marketing Manager team to provide the sales team with the necessary resources.Lead and offer strategic guidance to deal teams, helping RM and Sales develop a compelling narrative for their pitch.Design, introduce, and evolve account‑based marketing (ABM) initiatives to anticipate the RFP.Ensure consistent and comprehensive messaging and sales tools are available on internal platforms across all major products and services.Align Marketing and RFP messaging and content to maintain consistency and continuous improvement.Optimise the sales and marketing platform to meet the needs of Sales/RM.Evolve and support Sales/RM training programs in collaboration with Global Sales Discipline.Analyse performance data and feedback to refine strategies and foster collaboration between departments.Technology, Transformation and Automation LeadershipIdentify improvement areas and implement new methodologies and technologies including artificial intelligence.Coordinate central administration and provision of technical expertise for BBH’s RFP tools.Manage technology vendor relationships and oversee system upgrades.Skills RequiredExtensive experience (10+ years) in RFP management and sales enablement/operations within financial services or related professional services.Strong strategic thinking, leadership abilities (minimum 5+ years in a leadership position) and change‑management experience.Proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to engage in hands‑on work.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑level presentations.Technical proficiency in RFP systems, CRMs, sales enablement platforms, and data analytics tools.Deep understanding of financial products, marketing and sales
