Technical Support Specialist

Location BSN01 (occasional travel and some home working)

**Your role**

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. Your role will require the ability to interact with multiple support teams, offering support, troubleshooting, monitoring, and assistance implementing new secure solutions.

**Your experience**
- _Experience configuring, installing, and troubleshooting Laptop and desktop devices_
- _Experience in a service desk environment supporting Microsoft 365_
- _Providing network support to at least a 2nd line level._
- _A good understanding of networking fundamentals._
- _Ability to investigate and troubleshoot IT related issues._
