**We are looking for a Store Support Administrator to join our Territory Support Team either in our Bracknell or Aylesbury office. This is a hybrid position with 60% office based working and 40% home working.**
**About the role **
This role will be part of the Territory Support Team who provide support to all of our retail stores across the UK and Ireland. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate data for all of our stores, making changes in all relevant systems and documents as well as managing the UKI Store Support inbox to ensure all trading issues are identified, communicated and escalated cross functionally and resolved.
**Key Responsibilities **
- Manage and maintain all store and field data to ensure it is 100% accurate at all times
- Manage the UKI Master Store Data and Master Bank Holiday smartsheets ensuring all changes are updated on all relevant systems
- Provide administrative support to the Store Operations and Territory Support Team such as POs and invoices
- Cover for European counterpart when they are on annual leave
- Partner with European counterpart to identify issues that are global in nature and follow up to understand root cause; partner cross-functionally as needed for resolution
- Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement to help combat common issues that stores face
- Support with store communication including the set up and editing of Weekly In Touch and Newsflashes and upload document to Showpad
- General store administration; UKI staff badges, staff cards, District Manager Inductions, District Manager weekend rota
