Support Services Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Head Office in Bracknell as an Administrator in our Support Services Team.
**As an Administrator, you will need to**:
- Be the first person to answer calls which come into our Expert Services team, dealing with queries or transferring calls to relevant individual
- Deal with post that has been received and send daily post for the office
- Use online software to conduct company house searches, land registry enquiries and anti-money laundering checks.
- Ensure that all queries are dealt with promptly and effectively and action is always taken in line with agreed service standards.
- Provide additional administration support to other teams within the Property Management division as required
- Be able to work to tight deadlines and deal with high volumes
- Have accurate administrator skills
- Be quick to learn and follow procedures
- Have strong basic mathematical skills
- Have previous experience using Microsoft packages
- Be able to prioritise and manage own workload

Pay: £16,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
